The structure
The ML sheet metal automated storage systems feature a suitably engineered steel structure and can exceed 12 m in height. The drawers are arranged in a single or double tower, with a shuttle that retrieves the selected drawer and transports it to the loading/unloading bay.
The ML storage system can have one or more loading/unloading bays, with a front or opposing rear output. In either case, the sheet metal exiting the system is carried by the shuttle to a dedicated floor-level support, allowing easy access for a forklift, overhead crane or jib crane to feed the machine tool next to the storage system.

The drawers are sized to suit the sheet metal formats used by the end customer.

Some accessories for LAMIERA ML storage systems
- Load cells with display: show the weight of the drawer and/or the individual material stored in it as it enters or leaves the ML storage system.
- Advancing table that moves materials to the bay along dedicated floor-mounted guide rails.
- Sheet support for loading and unloading material using a forklift or overhead crane.
