BI.MAG Automatic Warehouses
BI.MAG Automatic Warehouses
The containers can be constructed in various ways: mesh containers for storing profiles and long materials in general, sheet metal containers for protecting materials, or closed-bottom boxes for storing scraps, spare parts, or accessory boxes. The drawers are sized and installed in the machine by our technical department based on the end customer's requirements. BI.MAG automated warehouses offer customized solutions for storing long materials such as pipes, profiles, and bars, as well as automated warehouse solutions for pallets, molds, semi-finished products, heavy accessories, hydraulic and mechanical components.
Ciampalini also builds outdoor warehouses, maximizing the use of available space, reaching heights of over 20 meters. An outdoor warehouse also allows for optimal space optimization and minimizes the amount of material clutter within the workplace. Our company can provide turnkey self-supporting structures complete with insulated panels.
The solution for storing long materials
The solution for storing long materials
BI.MAG automatic drawer warehouses are the ideal system for vertically storing steel bars and sections in lengths of 3 m, 6 m, and 12 m, heavy accessories, semi-finished products, components, molds, and long materials in general. The load capacity per unit ranges from a minimum of 5,000 kg to a maximum of 6,000 kg. BI.MAG warehouses are a practical and economical solution, suitable for both production and commercial distribution. They are often installed next to a cutting machine to deliver the material directly to the working position. BI.MAG warehouses can be customized to meet any specific storage and handling needs for bars and long materials.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF OUR BI.MAG
Structure
The BI.MAG Automatic Warehouses are constructed of steel and are appropriately sized. The trays are arranged in two, four, or more "towers" with a shuttle that picks up the selected tray and transports it to the loading/unloading bay. The BI.MAG. warehouse can have one or more loading/unloading bays, with exits at the front or side of the machine.
